  • Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon) Arrival

    Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon) Arrival

    You are welcomed by our guide and driver at Tan Son Nhat airport and then be transferred to the center of Ho Chi Minh city, formerly known as Saigon.

    v  Transfer from airport to hotel by modern air-conditioned bus.

    v  No waiting – No getting line, Guests will be met at the Aero-bridge with name sign.

    Day 2: Saigon city tour

    Buffet breakfast at hotel. Free your time at leisure until our guide and driver pick you up and transfer to Hoi An restaurant for your lunch.

    Lunch at Hoi An Restaurant in Saigon:

    Though it may not look it at first glance, Vietnam is a nation rich in culinary traditions. Enjoy a fantastic dinner at one of the most renowned Vietnamese restaurants in Saigon, with excellent local dishes served to the accompaniment of traditional musical entertainment. Excluding drinks.

    v  Private sections of restaurant reserved for the group (open but over several mezzanine floors).

    This afternoon discover the contrasts of bustling Ho Chi Minh City, you will see colourful markets selling everything from chillies to French bread and, of course, an endless stream of bicycles, cyclos and motorbikes. You will depart your hotel in Vietnam’s traditional form of transport – the cyclo – and by cycled at a leisurely pace to the Notre Dame Cathedral, a Neo-classical structure dating back to the 19th century, with the beautiful Post Office building opposite.  Continue by cyclo to the Presidential Palace and their underground war rooms.  Thereafter continue by coach to the Central Market (Ben Thanh Market) where you will wander the colourful stalls and stands of this central area of trade and commerce.

    After the market, stroll down Le Loi Street to the Russian Market and then onto Dong Khoi, ‘The’ shopping street in Saigon.

    Transfer to Bon Sai cruise by private bus. You will wear Vietnamese traditional dress. Boarding and enjoy 02 hour cocktail party. Then, we will enjoy International buffet dinner on boat, cruise along Saigon river, enjoy your dishes and listening to traditional folk music, sing and dance. You will have relaxation-time to catch the over view of the city, people working at Saigon port. Along both sides of the river are mansions, life of the civilians…..Free your time to explore Saigon nightlife. Overnight in Saigon.

  • Saigon - Mekong Delta - My Tho

    Day 3: Saigon - Mekong Delta - My Tho

    Buffet breakfast at hotel. Journey south to the Mekong delta, known as the ‘rice bowl of Vietnam’, and spend a full day exploring one of Vietnam’s most fertile regions and the main cultivation area of rice and tropical fruits.

    We transfer to My Tho city (02 hour). It‘s famous for its extensive orchards and immense rice fields. On arrival, take a leisurely boat trip around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands (04 sacred animals of Buddhism). Enjoy a rowing boat ride in the shadows of the water-coconut palms along the tiny canals. Enjoy fresh coconut juice on boat. We will visit the picturesque orchards and sample the freshly picked fruit at the invitation of friendly local farmers. Spend some time in the villages to learn about the daily lives of the inhabitants, enjoying some kinds of tropical fruits while listening Southern traditional music.

    We continue to “Coconuts homeland”, Ben Tre - Where you can learn how to make coconut candy. You can try some candies, visit the honey bee farm and try the honey, banana wine, ginger jams, soy beans… made by the villagers

    Enjoy a horse-cart around the village to have a look at the orchards and visit local people’s house. Enjoy a relaxing cup of honey tea before returning to My Tho via a natural canal, cruising under the shadows of water coconut palms. You will have a chance to enjoy the famous dish “Fried Mekong Elephant Ear Fish” at local restaurant.

    After your lunch we transfer back to Saigon. 

    Tonight we enjoy dinner at Xu Restaurant - Where they will enjoy a fantastic Asian Fusion menu in the heart of the city.  Asian Fusion (Western) Set Dinner in Xu Restaurant excluding drinks.

  • Saigon - Fly to Hoian ancient town

    Day 4: Saigon - Fly to Hoian ancient town

    Breakfast at hotel. You are picked up and transferred to the airport for a domestic flight to Da Nang in the morning (01 hour). You are welcome at Da Nang airport then be transferred to Hoi An ancient town for check in.

    Lunch at Brother’s Café in Hoi An.

    Brother's Café is the town's top choice for cuisine and atmosphere. A bland street-side facade gives way to the lush, garden sanctuary formed by this grand U-shape colonial by the river. Indoor seating is upscale Indochina of a bygone era, and the courtyard is dotted with canvas umbrellas to while away a balmy afternoon or enjoy a candlelit evening riverside. The fare is gourmet Vietnamese at its finest, with great specials; it's a good place to try local items like the white rose, a light Vietnamese ravioli, or cao lao noodles.

    Afternoon. Walking around the historic town soaking up the atmosphere, exploring the many Chinese assembly halls and fascinating ancestral homes, some of which have been occupied by the same family for fifteen generations. One of the most spectacular Assembly Halls is the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, built in 1690. The pagoda inside contains intricate statues and artwork, in part dedicated to Thien Hau Than Mau, the Goddess of the Sea and protector of fishermen.

    Walking tour of the ancient town center takes us to the sites of former merchants’ homes, the 400-year old Japanese Covered bridge - The symbol of Hoian. The Japanese Covered bridge was the first bridge in Hoian and was constructed in 1593. It was built by the Japanese community of Hoian to link them with the Chinese quarters across the stream.

    We will enjoy Amazing Sunset Cocktail cruise on Thu Bon river. Admire a glorious sunset while enjoying cocktails with family and friends. A perfect way to start the evening. The sun is low in the sky and the wind is gentle. Excellent calm water cruising. A complimentary cocktail is served upon boarding, having some snack and setting the scene for the unforgettable evening ahead.

  • Hoian ancient town

    Day 5: Hoian ancient town

    Buffet breakfast at hotel. We will visit the market with the Red Bridge chefs to purchase your ingredients for cooking your own lunch.  Enjoy a boat transfer along the river from the town to Red Bridge restaurant.  

    Upon arrival guests will enjoy a welcome drink followed by a walk through the herb garden with the chefs.  Now the cooking class begins.  The class will be part participation and part demonstration and you will see different methods for creating each dish. You will personally prepare most of the dishes you will eat. In this session there is time to ask questions about Vietnamese cuisine.

    Located in the banks of the scenic Thu Bon River and close to Cua Dai Beach, Nam Long Restaurant is surrounded by the lush green beautiful gardens and flowers, offering its guests delicious dishes in a spectacular environment.

    With a mixture of colonial style and traditional Vietnamese decoration, Nam Long Restaurant has made its mark as the finest Vietnamese restaurant in Hoi An. Vietnamese dishes are harmoniously blended with Hoi An specialties to make dining at this restaurant a culinary treat.

    Guests will enjoy a fantastic Vietnamese Hoi An buffet dinner including show cooking stalls offering traditional dishes such as Cao Lau, Thin egg noodle with wonton soup, flat noodle with chicken soup, Quang Nam noodle with charsjiu pork soup.

  • Hoi An - Danang - Fly to Hanoi

    Day 6: Hoi An - Danang - Fly to Hanoi

    Buffet breakfast at hotel. Free your time at leisure unstill you are picked up and transferred to Da Nang airport for domestic flight to Hanoi (01hour). On the way to the airport, you’ll have a brief look at the remarkable Hindu statuary in the Cham museum - One of the largest collections of Cham sculpture and artwork in the world. The museum is officially known as the Museum of Champa Sculpture. We continue to visit a nearby stone-cutting craft village.

    You are welcome at Noibai airport then be transferred to your hotel.

    Afternoon. Enjoying a cyclo ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as “36 streets.” This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It’s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities all around you. We will travel around the famous Hoan Kiem lake (Lake of the Restored Sword.) - The heart of Hanoi capital.

    Start your evening with a traditional water puppet performance (Roi Nuoc). The stage is actually a large container of water where the characters (carved wooden puppets} “act” out the story. Most of the stories are whimsical and fun, and the puppeteers stand in waist deep water behind a screen controlling the puppets with rods that mostly are under the water. 

    Dinner at the Press Club Restaurant:

    Distinguished as the city's most prestigious dining establishment, The restaurant offers a fine dining experience without being too formal, where you will enjoy award-winning cuisine housed in sophisticated and elegant surroundings complemented by an adjacent open-air Terrace and a relaxing bar.  

    The restaurant has won the 'Best Fine Dining Restaurant' 1999 2000, 2001 and 2002 by the Vietnam Economic Times.  Here guests will be met at the ground floor entrance by hostesses dressed in Ao Dais bearing chilled jasmine scented hand towels. Lunch will be served at the rooftop Restaurant. (Max 120 Guests on Terrace)

  • Hanoi - Seaplane to Ha Long Bay.

    Day 7: Hanoi - Seaplane to Ha Long Bay.

    Buffet breakfast at hotel. Our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to Gia Lam Heliport. Board the seaplane for a short flight to Halong Bay. It takes only 30 minutes from Hanoi to Halong Bay by seaplane. Viewing Halong Bay from a seaplane is a great way to get a panoramic view of the mystical seascape.

    Landing on Halong Bay, you are pick-up by the tender to Halong Habour. Free time at Paradise Café on Tuan Chau Island. Welcome on board of a duluxe boat and set sail through bay while lunch is served. Sail into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth.

    After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with Chinese junk boat golden sails, go swimming on a quite beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. 

    Later this afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village with opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. At sunset you have the choice of kayaking, taking a simple bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon or relax on deck or have a massage. 

    Back on board, enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at the main restaurant for dinner. Enjoy the elegant five courses set menu. Evening activities: relax at leisure, enjoy movie night, board games, or beauty spa services. Overnight in Halong Bay

  • Halong Bay - Hanoi

    Day 8: Halong Bay - Hanoi

    Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi exercise with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. Sitting on the upper desk we can enjoy the breath - taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. We can hear the birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and gentle breeze.

    International brunch buffet served in the restaurant. Check-out on board and disembarkation at boat port, Halong city.

    Our tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to Hanoi. 

    Dinner at “Bobby Chin’s” Restaurant

    It can be like in New York or London… The two huge picture windows look out onto the street, linened-tables placed at each. Central to all this was a large and well stocked bar. Running down the sides of the bar were more tables, hanging sheer silks, thus creating a reasonably private environs. At the back the bar is a full circle and there are more tables, discretely lit and positioned. Separated on a slightly higher terrace by more sheer silks are a whole series of cushions and overly comfy chairs - this acts as a bar and smoking area. Chin himself is something of a celebratory chef offer wonderful foods to his customers.

  • Hanoi – Fly to Siem Reap

    Day 9: Hanoi – Fly to Siem Reap

    Breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh complex (Closed on Mondays and Fridays mornings and whole September and October for annual repairs). Visit One Pillar pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. This structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi.

    Free your time at leisure. Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Siem Reap. 

    Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport meet and greet by our representative right inside the arrival terminal (Express VIP arrival). You will be escorted to go outside the terminal and meet with the guide and the welcome ladies wear in traditional costumes and present to you a welcome jasmine garland flowers. Proceed straight to hotel. On arrival at hotel there will be a traditional Chhayam Dance to welcome you to the land of the wonders with welcome drinks. Check in at hotel. 

    Lunch at Madam Butterfly Restaurant (private corner).

    Rest of the day is free at leisure. At 4:30 we climb one of the temple to view a spectacular sunset over the Angkor Wat temple and the lake Tonle Sap.

  • Siem Reap

    Day 10: Siem Reap

    In the morning we visit Angkor Thom include first the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, and Ta Prum temple and has nearly disappeared into the jungle.

    Free your time at leisure and relax with Khmer Traditional massage.

    Dinner with Cambodian Traditional show at the Raffles Grand Hotel at the Terraces Restaurant (hotel’s outdoor restaurant).

  • Siem Reap Departure

    Day 11: Siem Reap Departure

    Today we explore something of different by taking a boat trip out to the floating village of Tonle Sap lake. The village is complete with schools, hospitals, restaurants, markets, shops, fish farms and crocodile farms. The boat trip around the floating village take approximately 1 hours and 30 min. Return back to hotel, check out and transfer to airport for departure flight.
